Seared Rib Eye Steak


*Side note: add garlic and rosemary sprigs to roasting pan when searing steak. Add a 1/2 stick of butter to pan while searing to create a "bath:" in pan. Use this infused butter and rosemary "bath" to continue basting the steak as it continues to sear.


*Tip for optimal flavor: Season Steaks generously on both sides with fleur de sel or kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder to create your own simple but highly flavorful rub. Key** Bring steaks to room temperature for at least 30 minutes to an hour before searing. This allows the seasoning to seep into the meat and bring out it's best beef flavor.
