Chef Elizabeth’s Mediterranean, Cali Fresh style, delights in flavors found in her Middle Eastern background. Growing up savoring the diverse ethnic fare in her neighborhood of Hollywood, California, informed her palate to accentuate her beloved cookery with Asian, Latin American, Italian, and French fare. A newly fangled cuisine she affectionately calls Angeleno Eats. The additions of exotic herbs, spice blends, vegetables and cooking techniques, leads to delighting guests with unexpected nuances, enhanced flavors, colors and textures. Chef Elizabeth, creates edible art with every plate, for every guest, every time. A well-known foodie once said, “Afterall, we first eat with our eyes…” Indeed!
The discerning pâtissier will relish in Chef Elizabeth’s innovative, rustic desserts and fanciful baked goods. Diversifying classic French pastry and technique with amusing, always moist and delish cakes, flakey pastry, whimsical treats (cookie cakes anyone!), and good ol’ American satisfaction.
