Grilled Elote with Herbed

Queso Cotija

Sweet Delish Seasonal Corn fire roasted with crumbly  Mexican Cotija Cheese, Chili & Lime.


Shrimp or White Fish ceviche marinated in lime and tomato pecante. With fresh cucumbers, purple onion, pineapple, cilantro and jalepeno. Served with fresh tortilla chips.


Fried pate choux pastry sticks with cinnamon and sugar, with a side of chocolate, cream anglaise and caramel dipping sauces.

Jamon Manchego Cheese Toast

Garlic-Rubbed Grilled Rustic Country Bread, topped with raw crushed fresh tomatoes with Spanish Ham with rich and nutty Manchego cheese, Arugula, Olive Oil and Sea Salt.

Ancho Chili Mole Meatballs

All organic beef meatballs, in a rich chocolate, ancho chili mole sauce.

Seared Scallops with a fresh Strawberry Basil Tapenade.

Bœuf Bourguignon

Tender chunks of beef stew, braised slowly in red wine, house made beef stock, pearl onions, carrots, mushrooms and served with crusty French country bread and garlic smashed potatoes.

Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Grilled romaine served with a caesar dressing and garlic, parmesan croutons.

Tuna Tartare

Tuna Tartare bites with avocado, soy citrus, sesame,scallions and ginger.

Paris Brest

Pate’ Choux creme puff like, filled with mocha cream, or pastry cream, topped with toasted sliced almonds and powdered sugar. 


Pate Choux pastry made with sparkling wine and Gruyère and parmesan cheeses. Delightfully light, rich and satisfying. Bet ya' can't eat just one!


Mediterranean Inspired Menu

Like the Mediterranean Sea, with its many hues of blue and green, so do we offer a variety of flavors from the many exotic countries that border this gorgeous water. Below, you'll find just a few of the yummy morsels we offer.

Our motto has always been ~ CELEBRATE OFTEN~

Especially during the holidays. With the world right at our fingertips, or our immigrant neighbors sharing  their delicious cuisines with us, there's so many traditions and flavors to savor during the holiday season. From a classic Christmas Rib Roast to a Hanukkah Latke spread with a Latin Twist; it brings us great pleasure to bring these menus to life. As before, here are just a few nuggets for a menu we can create just for you.
