Meet Chef Elizabeth of LÄ“za

I am thrilled to share with you traditional Mediterranean Inspired Menus I learned from my grandmother and mother. For generations, cooking & entertaining, has been the language of love in my family.
​
As a native Cali girl, I've created Mediterranean menus inspired by local ethnic food I loved eating growing up in da' hood. From the corner Taco Stand on my way to school or to the French Bistro that, as President, I took my High School French Club. My palette began to form from a very young age. A few years after completing Culinary School, I launched my first pop-up stand at several Los Angeles Farmers Markets, featuring baked goods and meals to go.
