A professionally trained chef, patissiere and caterer based in Los Angeles, CA., Chef Elizabeth gleaned the heightened pleasures of Mediterranean Cuisine & entertaining from her Grandmother, Leah, aka Babu and her Mama, Raya. What a magical and delicious brunch Chef Elizabeth made for my private party. She not only was able to make innovative dishes that went well above and beyond the average brunch menu but she was also able to meet the needs of my guests who had very specific dietary needs and allergies. I would highly recommend her to cater any event or if you are in need of a private chef for an intimate party.

Chef Elizabeth created an amazing dessert table for my daughter's and my joint birthday celebration. From whimsical Rice Krispy pops, custard fruit tarts, sprinkle donut holes to a 6 tiered chocolate layer sprinkles cake. My guests went home raving about the spread.
I gave my best friend a surprise special birthday party. Had 8 close girlfriends over and arranged a private cooking class for us by Chef Elizabeth. Everyone said it was the best party they have ever been to and the most delicious food. Fabulously healthy & incredibly delicious menu. The icing on the cake is Chef Elizabeth is so wonderful you want to include her in your party. Speaking of a cake, she whipped up the best chocolate cake as we ate dinner. What?!?!
